
CSA Social Impact Fellowship
The CSA Social Impact Fellowship gives college students the opportunity to work directly within the Center for Societal Aspiration (CSA) to gain real-world experience advancing social impact.
About the Program:
Fellows join CSA as interns, taking on meaningful roles that contribute to our mission while learning how nonprofit organizations operate and create change. Fellows receive mentorship, skill development, and hands-on exposure to key areas such as programs, operations, and strategy.
Who Can Participate:

Must be enrolled at least part-time at an accredited college or university

Open to undergraduate or graduate students

No prior nonprofit experience required

Must be able to commit to an assigned role within CSA
Why It Matters:
This fellowship prepares the next generation of leaders by immersing students in the day-to-day work of CSA, providing them with the skills, knowledge, and perspective to make a difference in their future careers and communities.
